We are seeking an experienced Clinical Education Specialist to join our team. This key leadership role is responsible for promoting and facilitating effective learning environments for nursing students, ensuring high-quality learner preparation and monitoring stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and facilitate effective learning environments for nursing students
- Ensure high-quality learner preparation and monitoring stakeholder engagement
- Develop and implement clinical education programs that meet the needs of students and stakeholders
- Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their teaching skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Up-to-date Nursing Portfolio at Senior Nurse level (or has expert level and commitment to working towards senior within six months of appointment)
- Masters Degree or PG Diploma and working towards Masters completion
- Teaching qualification or working towards completion
- Coaching/Mentoring training or working towards
