Job Description

As the Rural Customer Delivery Lead, you'll play a key role in Chorus' copper retirement strategy by 2030. You will be responsible for the full delivery of projects that align with our Fibre Frontier goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contributing to the Fibre Frontier value stream to drive Chorus' rural strategy and share accountability for overall success.
  • Leading the end-to-end project delivery process, ensuring successful outcomes by managing risks and developing mitigation plans.
  • Driving clear communication on project requirements, progress, and priorities with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Leading a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and agility.
  • Managing third-party partnerships, including alternative technology providers, to support project delivery.
  • Collaborating with Finance to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and spend management.
  • Overseeing project planning, resourcing, scheduling, and ensuring all regulatory and contractual obligations are met.
