About the Role
This is a key position within our Adult Community Mental Health Service, requiring an experienced Allied Health Professional to provide clinical leadership and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes. As an Allied Health Consultant, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the Allied Health team.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Evaluating and improving the quality of care provided by the service.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Advanced level of knowledge and clinical experience of Adult Community Mental Health Services and case management.
- Ability to articulate a compelling vision for the service and its future direction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate and Allied Health qualification.
