Job Description

The Cook & Boardman Recruiting Team is seeking an experienced Installation Storefront Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for supervising the installation of aluminum storefront materials, door hardware, and accessories in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the installation of assigned projects
  • Monitor and improve material flow in the field
  • Collaborate with installation managers to optimize production schedules and performance
  • Develop and maintain a productive work environment

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of experience with the Aluminum Storefront and hardware industry, required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints and plans

Physical Demands:
This role requires frequent standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and reaching. Frequent lifting of items 25-75 pounds is also required.
