Role Overview

F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ag is seeking a Senior Healthcare Portfolio Lead to champion the organization's vision and strategy, driving customer-centric decision-making and engaging with stakeholders to pioneer life-changing healthcare for New Zealanders.

Portfolio Oversight

The Senior Healthcare Portfolio Lead will oversee Objectives and Key Results, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Application functions for Core Lab and Molecular Solutions portfolios.

External Engagement
  • Strategic Partnerships: Engage with external stakeholders to establish Roche as a trusted partner.
  • Market Growth: Optimize market share and profit growth for the product portfolio.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate on complex opportunities with the Strategic Key Account team.
Requirements

  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the healthcare system.

Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in the Marketing and/or commercial function(s) in similar capacity is required. The ideal candidate will have a Life-Science, engineering or related degree, with an MBA being a plus. Customer centric mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement are essential qualities for success in this role.
