We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to lead our team in Taranaki as a Clinical Service Director. As a key member of our service, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to improve patient care.

The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic team comprising 12 psychiatrists within the broader service and will have the support of a range of professionals including nursing, counsellors, and psychology within the Addiction service.

The Taranaki District Mental Health & Addiction Services provides a wide range of specialist services within the Taranaki region. Our services include Acute Services, Adult Mental health, Child and Adolescent mental health services, Mental health services for Older people, and Addiction Services.

As a Clinical Service Director, you will play a key role in improving the quality and responsiveness of services by engaging with other providers, consumers, and health organisations. You will also focus on achieving results and developing and maintaining good working relationships in the workplace.
