Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and innovation across the organization.
  2. Manage product categories, develop targeted campaigns, drive new product development, and analyze market data.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive and meet product line goals established in the annual operating plan.
  4. Develop reports and presentations, customer promotions, new product launches, competitive information/database, product line maintenance, new and updated packaging, management of trade shows, merchandising development, website and social media assistance, and literature development.
  5. Represent the Division at industry trade shows as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism or communications.
  • 3-5 years of applicable experience in marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer skills – Microsoft Office, PowerPoint are necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, be detail-oriented, flexible, and possess creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent team player, energetic and quick to understand tasks at hand.
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and an ability to adapt to the job at hand.
