About the Job

This exciting opportunity is available for a skilled professional to join our team as a Design Scheduling & Improvement Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient scheduling of electricity design projects and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To schedule and optimise design workflows, managing project timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating a design programme of work.
  • To drive continuous improvement, analysing workflows, identifying process enhancements, and supporting change management initiatives.
  • To enhance collaboration by working closely with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to improve efficiency and ensure smooth project execution.
  • To leverage data and technology, using analytics and reporting tools to drive smart decision-making, implement automation, and explore AI-driven efficiencies.
  • To support performance and quality by monitoring internal and contractor design performance and maintaining accountability for design delivery standards.

Requirements:

  • A background in industry knowledge, specifically experience in electricity distribution, design processes, or project management.
  • Strong scheduling expertise, with the ability to organise, plan, and programme multiple design projects.
  • An analytical mindset, skilled in data analysis, workflow optimisation, and process improvement.
  • Able to apply change management principles, understanding how to implement improvements effectively within teams.
