Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop resources to support educational programmes and professional development for public servants and parliamentary staff.
  • Provide substantive input to support the delivery of parliamentary induction and professional development programmes for members of Parliament and parliamentary staff.
  • Lead initiatives and model behaviours that influence, motivate and enable others to contribute towards the effectiveness and success of the Education Team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in an operational educational environment.
  • Background in teaching in the classroom or within an ELC setting.
  • Detailed knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum and educational best practices.
