About the Position: As a Prosthodontic Specialist with our team at Te Toka Tumai Auckland, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality oral health services for adults in the greater Auckland area. You will be part of a wider team of medical and dental specialists, senior dentists, and dental house officers, working together to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prosthodontic services, including rehabilitation and restorative care for patients with complex needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Supervise and mentor dental house officers, promoting their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Prosthodontics or equivalent, recognized by the New Zealand Dental Council.
- Current registration with the Dental Council of New Zealand and Annual Practice Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years post-graduation clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
