About the Role:

This System Administrator role is responsible for managing and supporting the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Server environments for our Development, Support, and Project teams.

  • Monitor and manage all components of our CAD systems, including CAD and Mobile Responder.
  • Ensure system availability 24/7 in line with contractual requirements.
  • Maintain the integrity of CAD System data and software consistency across environments.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  1. Develop skills for preventative and remedial maintenance of all system components.
  2. Build relationships with management and staff within Hexagon and its customers.
  3. Proactively implement changes, patches, and configuration updates.
  4. Maintain system administration, configuration, and process documentation.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Networking.
  • Knowledge of Network Fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), Firewalls, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Hands-on IT hardware/software deployment experience.
  • A strong customer service focus and organizational skills.
