About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retail Manager at Mitre 10 Wellington Central. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams in a retail environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth. You will be a positive role model, reliable, flexible, driven, and able to lead by example.

Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the achievement of agreed objectives relating to health and safety, customer service, and retail profit and loss.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and mentor team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
