Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Foreman for our Joinery Factory. As a skilled joiner/cabinetmaker with supervisory experience, you will be responsible for leading our production team and ensuring smooth operation of our workshop.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Experience with computer-aided software such as CabinetVision is a bonus, but not required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workshop staff to ensure production deadlines are met
  • Maintain quality control standards and oversee final job checks
  • Coordinate loading and delivery of completed jobs
  • Communicate with the production manager and project leaders to manage workflow and remedial tasks
  • Train and support workshop staff to improve efficiency
  • Address operational issues and implement improvements
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed
  • Monitor inventory levels and arrange restocking when needed
