You will join the Risk Analytics and Data Science team within Immigration New Zealand and play a key role in the Enabling Foundations Workstream.

About the Opportunity:

You will have the chance to develop and deploy analytics models and network analytics capability, support the implementation of the Risk Analytics Platform, and connect it to ADEPT.

This role requires a strong understanding of statistical and analytical knowledge and the ability to apply it to solve complex problems. Experience in developing network analytics capability in the identification of risk and demonstrated competency in SQL, Python, and R are essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy analytics models and network analytics capability
  • Support the implementation of the Risk Analytics Platform and connection to ADEPT
  • Monitor and tune model performance
  • Contribute to business-as-usual activities on an as-needed basis
Your Requirements:
  • Strong statistical and analytical knowledge
  • Ability to apply analytical techniques to solve complex problems
  • Experience in developing network analytics capability in the identification of risk
  • Demonstrated competency in SQL, Python, and R
