Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Tax Services to join our Property Tax team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax advisory and compliance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with current property tax legislation, applying research findings to tax-related issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a confident advisor.
- Collaborate with other teams within the firm to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Help develop and refine best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Tax advisory roles.
- Prior experience in coaching and managing a team of direct reports.
- Strong communication, client, and stakeholder management experience.
- CA/CPA qualified, looking to remain long term in the professional service industry.
