**About the Role**
The Support Worker role at Ihh New Zealand involves providing assistance to individuals in developing their independence and acquiring skills for daily living. This includes tasks like helping them with public transportation, employment, finances, and meal preparation.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as shopping, cleaning, showering, and medication administration.
- Help individuals develop their independence by providing support with public transportation, employment, and finances.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong desire to pursue a career as a Support Worker with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepover shifts.
- Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical fitness to provide necessary physical support.
- Possession of a Full NZ driver's license.

- A competitive hourly rate of $23.84 - $29.10 per hour depending on relevant qualifications.
