About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Coordinator to join our National Parts Distribution Warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt and processing of incoming parts inventory
  • Manage stock locations and perform inventory stock takes
  • Assist with dealer inquiries by navigating the electronic parts catalogue and responding to emails
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow health and safety protocols in all warehouse activities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the automotive or parts industry (advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail with good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good computer skills, including experience with electronic parts catalogues (a bonus)
  • Excellent communication skills to assist with dealer inquiries via email
  • A current forklift license
  • A current New Zealand car licence with a clean driving record
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
  • A self-motivated, autonomous worker who takes initiative
  • Neat and tidy presentation
