Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client cases for work or non-work injury claims
- Ensure injury claims meet Client Service Level Agreements, ACC Audit Standards, legislation, and quality commitments
- Provide day-to-day coordination of a claims management support team
- Set clear expectations regarding support under ACC legislation
About You
You will need experience in injury rehabilitation case management or equivalent experience in a relevant health discipline, as well as relevant tertiary qualifications in business and/or rehabilitation or a health-related discipline. Strong clinical and ACC legislative knowledge is essential, along with effective communication, interpersonal, relationship, and leadership skills.
