Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all patrons, supervising pool activities, and assisting with daily operations of the aquatic centre. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to provide a safe and welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ensure health and safety is maintained through actively supervising all activities within the centre that meet industry standards and respond to any incidents and emergency situations.
  • Perform water chemical tests to ensure quality of the pool water.
  • Assist with the identification of maintenance requirements.
  • Actively ensure that legislative requirements and Council policies and procedures are fulfilled, particularly in relation to all key relevant legislation.
