About The Role
The Agricultural Business Developers are responsible for developing and growing new business as well as strengthening existing client relationships within the Agri sector.
This role requires providing technical broking and support liaising with clients, underwriters, and external partners.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business
- Providing professional, accurate, and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities
- Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
You'll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone, or through written correspondence.
Ideally, you will come from a similar background within the industry and have experience working in the Agri sector.

Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance broking, with a current L5 General Insurance qualification
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
