**Job Overview**
As a key member of the Crown team, you will be responsible for overseeing all local accommodation policy across the Portsmouth Port Area. This includes managing the SLA within HMS Nelson and acting as the Intelligent Customer for the accommodation services provided by the Facilities Managers.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Fulfill line management/divisional responsibilities in accordance with relevant guidelines and timescales to meet business objectives.
- Authorise KPIs for Accommodation Services and maintenance and cleaning.
- Oversight of SLA usage within the Portsmouth port area, prioritising maximisation of SLA usage through clear direction, audit processes, and risk assessment.
- Audit all units to check entitlement in accordance with DIA Office guidance.
- Develop and maintain partnering relationships with contract staff to ensure a quality service is provided.
**Essential Requirements:**
- A working knowledge of IT.
- A full UK driving licence for travel between establishments.
