Job Overview
As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-profile clients and fostering healthy client/agency relationships in New Zealand. This critical position sits at the center of MSL services, serving as the key liaison with clients, driving creative ideation and strategy, executing media outreach and influencer management, and collaborating with the wider team to provide guidance and support.
A typical day is fast-paced and unpredictable, involving briefings from clients, sharing advice, brainstorming story ideas, pitching ideas to journalists, working with talent agents on influencer campaigns, and reporting on results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of PR experience, preferably within an agency setting
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a flat-structured team that values autonomy and creativity
