Better Days in New Zealand is seeking a highly skilled Musculoskeletal Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to clients with musculoskeletal conditions, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand (PBNZ), and at least 6 years of experience working as a Physiotherapist across musculoskeletal, neuro, and complex clients. You will embody Better Days' values and be committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi. If you are passionate about making a real difference and are open to travelling throughout Auckland, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert assessment and treatment of clients with musculoskeletal conditions
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation programs
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Meeting realistic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a manageable and sustainable daily workflow
