This role requires an experienced policy adviser to join our Investment Team, providing authoritative guidance and advice on major transport projects and programs. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, implementation, and management of key initiatives, including the Government Policy Statement (GPS) on Land Transport and the transport Budget process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of the GPS, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the transport Budget process, analyzing data and providing recommendations for investment prioritization.
  • Develop a program of work on a future investment system, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our investment processes.
  • Provide authoritative investment guidance and advice to decision makers on major transport projects and programs, leveraging your knowledge of policy and investment advice.
