We are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to join our team in Ōtautahi Christchurch. As a key member of our Adult General Service, you will work within an integrated system, providing crisis, inpatient, and community assessment services.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of our client-centered frameworks, working alongside quality-driven, forward-thinking multidisciplinary teams. Your specialist knowledge and clinical expertise will enable you to deliver innovative acute and long-term care tailored to individual needs.
To succeed in this role, you must have essential experience in Adult Mental Health, including inpatient, outpatient, alcohol and drug services, and rehabilitation. You must also be eligible to gain registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis, inpatient, and community assessment services
- Work within an integrated system, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver innovative acute and long-term care tailored to individual needs
- Contribute to the ongoing development of client-centered frameworks
