Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Case Manager in the Community Alcohol and Drug Service (CADS). This role involves providing comprehensive support to adults experiencing addiction issues, alongside mental health difficulties or associated physical health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with their mental health and addiction needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Engage clients in their recovery journey through evidence-based practices.
  • Undertake thorough assessments and develop individualised plans.
  • Foster effective relationships with other services and NGOs.

Requirements:
  • New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well to diverse individuals.
  • Prior experience working within the Addiction sector is advantageous.
  • Prior experience working within the Mental Health sector is also beneficial.
