The Role:
We are seeking an analytical thinker with exceptional data analysis skills to join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Commercial Refrigeration. Reporting directly to the Data Management Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and continuously improve reporting capabilities.
  • Design and develop visually appealing Power BI dashboards that empower stakeholders with data-driven insights.
  • Analyse complex data sets to deliver in-depth reports that inform strategic business decisions, focusing on sales metrics, future demand projections, stock levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactively monitor and test data management systems to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Maintain and optimise the data warehouse infrastructure using SQL to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills, with the ability to identify patterns or trends in complex data sets.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to translate business requirements into clear reporting briefs.
  • Proven experience in developing Power BI dashboards.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • A security-first mindset, ensuring security best practices are integrated into all activities and projects.
  • A solid understanding of business processes, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • A passion for learning new technologies and skills.
