About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Technician to join our team at KiwiStar Optics. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of electronics and mechatronics, as well as trade qualifications in the relevant fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair machinery employed in the production of optical components.
- Assemble and test electronic and electro-mechanical systems forming part of our products.
- Assist in the design and planning of electro-mechanical aspects of tenders and projects.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. You should have a solid understanding of PLCs and industrial automation, as well as trade qualifications in electronics or mechatronics. Your approach should be structured and methodical, with attention to detail in design, analysis, diagnosis, testing, and verification.
