Job Description

As a Primary Tutor at Kip McGrath Education Centres, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for students. Your primary goal will be to empower students to reach their full potential and achieve academic success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students
  • Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions to students
  • Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to keep them informed of student progress
  • Collaborate with other tutors and educators to share best practices and improve student outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Relevant teaching qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the New Zealand curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Experience working with students of primary level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
