About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estates Management Coordinator to join our team at Spicerhaart Group Ltd.

This role involves working closely with our property managers to ensure that all estates management tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will be responsible for coordinating property inspections, negotiating tenancy extensions, and resolving rental arrears.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, a full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle, and a BSc (Hons) degree in Property or a related field.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
