About Us

Ventia Pty Limited has been engaged by the Department of Justice and Community Safety to provide integrated Facility Management services.

We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager to manage Accounts Payable and Payroll processes within our organisation. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing support to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end financial onboarding of vendors, including training and claim management.
  • Vendor service master maintenance to ensure correct pricing.
  • Fortnightly payroll processing, including wages, deductions, and benefits calculation.
  • Accurate and timely payment of wages to employees.
  • Payroll-related inquiries and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Support to the finance team in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Preparation and processing of financial documentation, such as purchase orders and expense reports.

About You

You will hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience includes payroll processing, financial administration, accounting principles, and familiarity with accounting software and systems.
