**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage infrastructure projects from planning through execution to successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Conduct site assessments and facilitate community engagement where necessary for project approvals.
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate challenges or risks to stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, infrastructure, or telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of civil engineering practices and health & safety regulations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
