About the Position
The Animal Testing Coordinator Lead will play a critical role in overseeing the company's laboratory animal test programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation that prides itself on high integrity, ethics, and quality.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and refine test area procedures and workflow, ensuring compliance with regulatory, GMP/GLP, and animal welfare specifications and policies.
- Monitor and resolve test scheduling conflicts and resource constraints, ensuring timely completion of testing programmes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including records of animal health and treatment, and provide feedback to staff as required.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related discipline, or minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant laboratory environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant technical standards for laboratories, such as VICH, ICH guidelines, EP, and USP monographs.
- Supervisory experience and demonstrated expertise in team building, project management, and process improvement.
