As a Telehealth Hair Restoration Specialist at Gro Clinics, you will be working collaboratively with our team to provide non-invasive, effective, and hassle-free treatments to our clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will have advanced interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to use a variety of IT platforms.

  • We are looking for an experienced Medical Telehealth Professional to join our team. If you have clinical experience in prescribing within individual scope of practice, we want to hear from you.
  • In this role, your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Provide advanced assessments, diagnosis, education, and prescriptions via telehealth to patients within the scope of the role.
  • Review medical questionnaires.
  • Educate clients on types of hair loss and treatment options.
  • Document all consultations and care.
  • Prescribe medications.
  • Print, hand-sign, and scan original scripts to our partner pharmacy by the end of each rostered shift.

The ideal candidate for this role will have MCNZ registration, clinical experience in prescribing within individual scope of practice, advanced interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to use a variety of IT platforms.
