About Our Role
Cybersecurity Systems Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at Trimble Inc. in Christchurch, NZ or Dayton, OH. As a key member of our Caterpillar Trimble Control Technologies (CTCT) division, you will play a critical role in securing the technology used in earthmoving equipment.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with multi-discipline teams to identify product cybersecurity vulnerabilities and determine potential risks.
- Recommend and implement appropriate controls to mitigate these risks and ensure the secure design and implementation of machine control systems.
- Lead secure product development processes and make ongoing adjustments in response to emerging security threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and impacts, and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven senior-level experience with Information Security and broad knowledge of Cybersecurity across multiple domains.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with ISO 27001, SAE J3061/ISO 21434, or similar is desirable.
