Job Description

Crimson Global Academy is seeking a highly skilled and passionate educator to join our team as an Online AP Curriculum Expert. This flexible, remote position empowers you to create tailored learning experiences that meet each student's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality instruction in a one-on-one virtual setting, adapting to each student's individual learning style.
  2. Develop and implement personalized lesson plans, utilizing diverse teaching strategies and digital tools to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
  3. Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adjust teaching methods to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
  4. Plan and execute clear course schedules, detailing session content and assessment timelines.
  5. Conduct professional, interactive live sessions, leveraging online learning resources to enhance the educational experience.
  6. Set relevant homework, design and administer assessments, and provide constructive feedback to encourage student growth.
  7. Develop educational materials, including tests and exams, contributing to CGA's rich resource library.
  8. Efficiently manage your online classroom on Canvas, keeping it organized with assignments and assessments for easy student access.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in the subject area you wish to teach.
  2. Experience teaching US grades 9-12 or teaching the subject area at the college level.
  3. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and the CGA team.
  4. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative education methods.
  5. The ability to dedicate at least 15-20 hours weekly for 6-9 months once you take a student.
