We are seeking a motivated and organized Efficient Guest Experience Coordinator to join our front office team at M Gallery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating guest arrivals, departures, and check-ins, ensuring seamless interactions throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cordinate group arrivals, departures, and check-ins, ensuring timely retrieval of baggage and valet services.
  • Supervise the hotel's valet service, maintaining safety, care, and secure parking standards.
  • Monitor and measure guest satisfaction during their stay through quality steps and regular feedback.
  • Liaise with maintenance, food & beverage, and housekeeping departments to build strong working relationships and deliver memorable service.
  • Promote on-site facilities, seasonal activities, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

  • 1 year previous experience in Hotel Guest Services Front Office area.
  • Proficiency in Opera or other PMS systems is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and an understanding of luxury guest expectations.
  • Effective time management and task completion abilities.
  • Immaculate grooming and personal presentation in line with our natural luxury property.
