About the Job
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of tamariki and their families. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for working closely with whanau to assess their needs and develop personalized plans to support their health and wellbeing. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote equitable outcomes for all children and families.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with whanau to assess their needs and develop personalized plans to support their health and wellbeing
* Provide clinical advice and support to families, focusing on healthy child development and parenting strategies
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and minimize risks for clients
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with whanau through regular home visits and clinic sessions
* Provide education and guidance on healthy child development and parenting strategies
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote equitable outcomes for all children and families
