We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to fill the position of Senior Account Manager - FMCG at Reckitt Benckiser LLC.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to build strong relationships with key partners, drive sales growth, and deliver business results.
Your Responsibilities- Crafting and executing strategic plans to achieve joint business objectives with key partners.
- Managing account profitability, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Partnering with marketing and category teams to develop innovative shopper solutions and drive market execution excellence.
- Leading forecast planning with finance and supply teams to provide exceptional customer service and financial consistency.
- Negotiating with customers on behalf of Reckitt, representing commercial interests and value-based trading terms effectively.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing national account sales within FMCG or related consumer-focused markets, possessing strong commercial insight, astute P&L management capabilities, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
