Job Description: We're seeking an experienced and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our team at The Doctors Papamoa & The Doctors Bayfair. As a key member of our Front-of-House team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Key Tasks:
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Process payments and manage accounts
- Accurately update patient records and maintain confidentiality
