About the Role
This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, rostered between the hours of 6:00am – 5:00pm. The successful applicant will have leadership/supervisory experience with the ability to energise the team to excel and give their best.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Leading a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence
* Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
* Collaborating with the Management Team to develop and implement business strategies
* Providing coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance
* Maintaining accurate records and reports on inventory, stock movements, and other relevant metrics

Your Ideal Profile
* Experience working in a supervisory/leadership role, preferably within the warehousing environment
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices
* Familiarity with relevant legislative governances i.e., Health and Safety act etc and act in accordance with them
* Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within operations and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers
* IT competency
