Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Administrator to join our team. As a key support to the project team, you will play a crucial role in contract management, data reporting, and project tracking.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create contracts and SFA for Building Surveyors, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Contractors, and other consultants.
  • Manage contract creation, orders, order variations, and necessary updates.
  • Upload project forms and maintain accurate project records.
  • Track project progress, follow up on key deliverables, and ensure school-led and CW-led projects stay on schedule.
  • Update monthly reporting data and project trackers for Project Managers.
  • Manage invoicing, data handling, procurement records, and business communications.

What You'll Bring:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Experience with Power BI and working with large datasets.
  • Strong contract administration skills, particularly with K2 and Contract Express.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with project teams.
