About the Role

You will report directly to the National Customer Care Manager and be a key contact for this account.

With at least 3-5 years of experience in import and export airfreight, you will deliver exceptional customer service and meet customer-specific KPIs.

You will provide up-to-date information on shipments throughout the order lifecycle, liaise with local and overseas KN stations and agents, and determine specific service requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
  • Provide accurate shipment information and updates to customers
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate shipment movement and completion
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Become a trusted advisor to your key customer, providing expert guidance and support
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3+ years of air logistics experience, preferably in export airfreight
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for delivering customer excellence and building strong relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and a positive work ethic
