Qjumpers is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're now seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team in a key role as a Service Advisor.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Department, acting as the crucial link between our customers and service team. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in building trust and rapport with our clients.

The responsibilities of this role include a range of customer service, administrative, and banking tasks. You'll work closely with our staff and customers to deliver exceptional results and foster a positive team culture.

We're looking for someone who can bring a positive attitude and commitment to this 10-month maternity leave contract. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, but you must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

This is a Monday-to-Friday role, allowing you to enjoy your weekends free from work commitments.
