We are seeking an experienced and skilled Precision Fish Cutter to join our client's team in Mount Wellington, Auckland.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing various types of fish for customers, ensuring top-quality cuts. This includes weighing and portioning fish according to customer specifications, maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene standards, and following all safety and food handling protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Knife Hand
  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with fish/seafood specifically
  • A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills and a strong team player
