In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, including credit control, administrative duties, customer account setup, payment processing and reconciliation, business support, and generating weekly and monthly credit reports.

About the Role
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment of invoices
  • Perform administrative duties, including insurance and purchasing
  • Setup and manage customer accounts, processing applications and entering into accounting systems
  • Process payments and reconcile with bank statements
  • Provide business support, including data entry and follow-up for operations and QHSE teams
  • Generate weekly and monthly credit reports

Requirements

  • Accounting experience, particularly in accounts receivable, accounts payable or financial accounting
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accounting systems
  • Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
