Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead the delivery of major capital works projects in New Zealand.


The Role


The successful candidate will have expertise in establishing robust processes for identifying, managing, and monitoring complex risks, with a particular focus on safety management and design.


This professional adeptly navigates environments that require high-level engagement with senior stakeholders, having strong political acumen and financial management skills.


About You


To be successful in this role, you will possess significant experience in strategic communications and an ability to take complex information and synthesise into key messages for relevant audiences.


Additionally, you will have knowledge and application of appropriate project management frameworks, and an ability to promote and provide advice on the use of appropriate techniques, methodologies and tools.


Requirements


We are looking for a seasoned infrastructure professional who has experience at senior management level, excels in leading large and complex programs across diverse sectors.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large commercial infrastructure projects and a strong understanding of Te Tiriti principles and frameworks.


What We Offer


In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
