We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Sg1313 Limited in Wellington. As a member of our culinary team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes to our customers.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Developing and implementing menu concepts that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes, ensuring all recipes are followed accurately to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards throughout food preparation and presentation stages.

The successful candidate will also be required to:

  • Oversee food costs and inventory, ensuring resources are used efficiently and waste is minimized.
  • Assign tasks to kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high-quality output.
  • Uphold strict standards for food storage, ensuring proper rotation, quality maintenance, and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or concerns related to food preparation or kitchen operations.

This is a full-time position, requiring the ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends and late evening shifts.
