Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert support to individuals with complex needs, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.


Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, addressing their unique challenges and requirements.* Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each client.* Foster strong relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders, promoting seamless care delivery and coordination.* Utilize your expertise to de-escalate situations and promote positive relationships.


Requirements
* Proven experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, particularly those with complex needs.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.* Valid Full NZ driver's license.
