What You'll Be Doing
">As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide exceptional personal care for our residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. This includes building rapport with residents, staff, and visitors, while following company policies and procedures to create a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
">• Provide personal care services, including assisting with daily activities, grooming, and mobility support.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
">We're seeking individuals with a minimum of one year's experience in a caregiving position or similar. You'll have great people skills, empathy for the elderly and their families, good written and verbal communication skills, and a kind and caring nature. Flexible multitasking and time management skills are essential for this role.
